YOGA

Vinyasa- 

a creative form of yoga where poses are linked with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence or style.

Hatha-

The regular practice of Hatha Yoga enhances strength, flexibility, and balance and may offer some light to moderate aerobic conditioning as well.
