Gabe Corry

  Gabe is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He began his personal training career at Equinox in DUMBO, Brooklyn, where he developed a strong foundation working with diverse clients. In 2022, Gabe relocated to Falls Church, Virginia, continuing his work at Equinox Tysons Corner.

  In 2023, he launched Encore Personal Training, offering in-home and rental space sessions tailored to clients’ needs. Building on that success, Gabe opened the first Encore Personal Training studio in Falls Church City in 2024.

  The space now serves as a dedicated training facility for independent personal trainers and group fitness instructors, creating a professional environment for fitness entrepreneurs and their clients.

Liz Harvey- Personal Trainer

Liz Harvey

    A graduate of UNC-Greensboro, where she received a degree in vocal performance. She later

went on to travel nationwide and internationally performing at colleges and universities, trade

shows, and opera companies. Throughout her performance years, Liz maintained a healthy lifestyle that is required as a performer. Her focus was on stamina, endurance, vocal pedagogy and breath work. Liz decided to put her operatic career on hold and pursue her passion for fitness - and well, the rest is history.

    Owner and creator of The Burn Factory, Liz Harvey brings with her an incredible passion and wealth of knowledge as a business owner and female entrepreneur. A fitness career spanning over 15 years, Liz has helped thousands of clients achieve their health and wellness goals. A stickler for form and body mechanics. She provides exceptional and quality customer service, support, and fitness integrity to each of her clients. Liz’s style is direct with passion and purpose, and she’s a ton of fun!

Nicole Ney

  Nicole began her fitness journey as a ballerina. She is a trained dancer in multiple styles and has performed with companies in NJ, NY & CA. She ran track & cross-country in high school. She began practicing yoga after college to maintain flexibility & mobility. She obtained her first 200 hour teaching certification at a Sivananda Yoga Ashram, immersing herself in the holistic practice (physical and spiritual). She received her additional 300 hour Advanced certification at Light on Lotus in Los Angeles, with a focus in the specialty of Thai Yoga Bodywork. 

 

Boxing and bodybuilding most of her adult life, she turned her love of strength training into becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, with extra certification as a Flexibility & Mobility Coach.  Her goal is to inspire clients to find freedom in their movement & feel healthy in their bodies at any stage in their journey.

Philip Fitzpatrick

Phillip is a dedicated personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and athletic performance. In his youth, he competed in boxing, football, and basketball, still boxing competitively and practicing martial arts today. These experiences shaped his understanding of discipline, resilience, and hard work. Through injuries and personal growth, he gained a deeper appreciation for the role fitness and functional movement play in long-term health. Phillip understands how strength, stability, and mobility influence every aspect of how we move and live, and he believes training should evolve to support each individual through every stage of life.

 

He is certified in pre- and post-natal training, is a Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and holds certifications in the WECK Method and FMS, with a specialization in weight loss. Phillip utilizes a wide range of training styles, incorporating elements of Pilates, martial arts, and other performance-based methods to create well-rounded, goal-driven programs. With a focus on purposeful movement and sustainable progress, he is confident he can help anyone willing to put in the work become the best version of themselves.
