 The graph represents the body weight of one of my clients over a period of three months. We kicked off 2023 with a 6 week strength program and he followed a macro tracking program as well. Instead of cutting calories, I put him on the path towards making better choices and being consistent. This consistency transfers over into other parts of your life as well. Less than three months in and he's lost nearly 25lbs and you can too!
